By creating an account or using KiroHage you agree to these terms.
1. The service
KiroHage is a tool for recording and organising rental information: properties, tenants, rent, payments, deposits, invoices and expenses. It does not collect rent for you and is not a bank or payment service.
2. Your account
You must give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done in your account.
3. Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a 15-day free trial.
- After the trial you can continue with a paid plan, monthly or yearly.
- Subscriptions are paid online on our website through our payment partner. Your plan starts automatically as soon as the payment succeeds.
- We never see or store your card number or wallet PIN.
- Payments are not refunded except where required by law, or if a payment succeeded but your plan could not be activated.
- If a plan ends and is not renewed, some features are locked, but your data is kept.
4. Your data
The information you enter belongs to you. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store your tenants' details. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Fair use
Do not use KiroHage for anything illegal, to harm others, or to try to break or overload the service.
6. Availability
We work to keep KiroHage running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or error free. Check important figures before relying on them.
7. Limitation of liability
KiroHage is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost income or decisions made from figures in the app.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and continued use means you accept the new terms.
